I’m launching Better At 30, coaching for tech and creative professionals to lose body fat, gain muscle, and feel more energy than they did at 20.
I’m prioritizing time with friends, meeting new people every week, and building community.
I’m learning Bachata.
I’m meditating daily and using the Productivity Planner to run my businesses.
I listen to a lot of podcasts.
And I make soup.
